In the center of Dijon, La Maison Philippe le Bon welcomes you in its restaurant La Closerie to live a dining experience concocted by chef Anthony Denis.
In a warm atmosphere, the latter sets-up a gourmet, creative, top-of-the-range cuisine and conceive an original local menu, punctuated by the four seasons, which will awaken all your senses, from starters to desserts.
On the menu, enjoy dishes from Burgundy, symbol of gastronomy, that the chef restyles to bring his own touch to recipes , such as parsley ham or Gaston Gérard poultry. The menu also offers some vegetarian dishes to satisfy all palates.
Our cheese board highlights the well-known cheese-making industry of our region, through an assortment from the Fromagerie Belin.
As for the desserts, made by our pastry chef Jérémy Brigand, they promise new flavors to punctuate your meal, and reveal a subtle play on textures.
To enhance these dishes, the wine list put together by our sommelier, guarantees wonderful tasting moments, with a selection of Burgundy Grands Crus, the ultimate wine growing land, but also international wines.
From the aperitif, enjoy a Burgundian kir or a glass of Crémant de Bourgogne.
